I will begin recording my visit to la palestra, no not Alex or Lappy's favorite website, this palestra is what you and I both know as the gym. So far 2010 is off to a slow start due to some mandatory exams I must take in order to legally do my jobz; however, "having said that", here are the totals for workouts this year:
